How to Get Started
The Center for Missional Leadership develops “discipleship venues” that include short term missions, educational programs, and small groups. In each of these venues, intergenerational discipleship occurs and long-term mentoring relationships are established. Our objective is to capture the heart of each leader for Jesus Christ, expand their worldview and provide them with a vision for a “life of mission” upon return to their vocation.
To this end, the structure of Missional Leadership Training happens at the Center for Missional Leadership in 3 phases:
